I use an access phone number to make long distance phone calls. I used to use the 1-800 number on the card until a Boss Revolution employee let me know that using local numbers were cheaper. Every time I traveled, and the hotel allowed for free use of local numbers, I would look up a Boss Revolution local access number. Now their website no longer lists all their local access numbers, nor can anyone I talk to at Boss Revolution tell me where to find them. It is very frustrating.
