I had some issue with the billing department and a nice amount of my photos licensed were revoked. I worked with DP over several weeks and billing issues were resolved and photo licenses were restored in an automated fashion.
I have been using DP for many years. Something happened with my payment type on my account, It took way too long to get it reinstated, too many emails, etc. And they wiped out the licensing on 60 of my photos ...so I had to finally get things straightened out and now I have to manually re-download all of them. The tech team had no trouble un-downlaoding why do I have do this manually?
