I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. During the loan process, we were specifically told that after making four weekly payments, we would be able to call and renegotiate the loan into monthly payments. This was a major factor in our decision to move forward. However, after making the required payments, we were informed that this was not possible. It feels like we were told what we wanted to hear in order to get us to sign the agreement, only to find out later that the promises made during the sales process were not honored. As a small business owner, I expect transparency, honesty, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The lack of consistency between what we were told and what actually happened has left us feeling misled and frustrated. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this company to get every promise in writing and carefully review all terms before signing any agreement. Communication was frustrating, and obtaining clear answers was much more difficult than it should have been. As a small business owner, I value honesty, transparency, and professionalism, and unfortunately, I did not feel that those standards were met. I invested a significant amount of time providing documentation and following their instructions, only to end up feeling misled and dissatisfied with the outcome. Based on my experience, I would encourage other business owners to ask detailed questions, carefully review all documents, and explore other lending options before making a decision.
