Free trial cancelled but still charged.
I installed for a free trial but never accessed or used it. I emailed them within the month as requested on the website to cancel a subscription (there was no button to manage subscriptions) and I've since been charged for a 12 week subscription. I cannot afford this and I didn't use it. I have emailed asking for this refunded. 😔 They will only refund half! 😡 **The reply below is useless as I've been emailing the support email and even though they recognise I contacted them the same month of the initial trial to cancel they are doubling down on some hidden T&C that they'll charge you even if you cancel your trial! . They charged my card $124 for something I never used, asked to be cancelled and have been charged for 3 months worth. Absolutely avoid this app and company. 😔
