I had a issue with buying a package and when purchased it, I was supposed to get a free spin on the wheel. Well didn't get the spin on the wheel. It even was on the checkout. Brought it up to customer service and I told them the issue. They said that it was a promotional limited time. It was still on the main page the promotion that I wanted and didn't get. They blew me off. How rude I closed the account I was with them since 2024 and for them to be so rude and unprofessional was disgusting. I was a loyal customer spend thousands with them and for them to act as if im lying or something was unbelievable. Didn't try to fix it didn't try to do anything, So I told them to close the account. It was on my top 3 casinos but due to that issue I closed the account.
