Don’t use this Company They took £89 without any warning of a renewal despite multiple reviews going back more than 12 months stating this needed to be in place. Promises a 50% refund which was never actioned; making up some nonsense statement about needing to wait to see what happened after I contacted PayPal…of course they don’t have to wait they can action if they were a decent company. More recently told me to look out for an email with updates, well I’m sure you can guess that never either. Please do not use this company as it just causes stress. I would like to add to the review since receiving a response from the company. They have asked for this information on at least 4 occasions and this has been sent each time and they still come up with the same pathetic response of fill this form in. They made an offer of 50% refund and then have done everything they can to not action it. As you will see From other reviews this is the same experience for multiple Customers.
