I have not received my eye glasses yet but I need to express how impressed I am with this company’s efficiency and customer service. I ordered the wrong colored frames. I noticed several days later and emailed them asking to adjust the order. They updated the order promptly in less than 30 minutes. I then decided that I preferred different eye glasses altogether. I emailed them yet again. They cancelled my old order within 15 minutes. They were courteous and professional in all interactions. Great service and extremely fast response time. The prices are amazing too
