No problem claim
Filed a claim for minor damage to a Hertz rental in Italy, no police report, only Hertz’s documentation to submit. Claim was paid in full (actually more than I submitted - I guess due to exchange rates). A fuller explanation of how the determined the amount would have been nice, but I’m not complaining.
