I ordered a Trane system on 7-24-26, the order is still processing, I checked with your sales department before ordering and was given a 2 to 3 day to ship timeframe, I checked with you this morning, unit still hasn't shipped and you have no eta, I'm sure there are reasons but you don't communicate or update the customer, not a great experience so far
