If I could give the Hertz rental car, Raleigh Airport, North Carolina, less than a one star I would. Their system would not work. I could not get my car. Then I find out that they don’t have the car. Then they can’t get me into any car that is the correct size. When they finally find one car that is the correct size of what I already paid for… They doubled the rental price! Almost an hour wasted for absolutely nothing. The line of people waiting is probably about 18 people long and most of them have been here the entire time I have. All of their gates are shut down to get out of the lot except for one. Avoid this place at all costs!
