Company out of stock after order placed.
Company canceled order because they were out of stock on one item. First they said, "Order ETSS_38713X was canceled at your request and your payment has been voided." I did not cancel the order, emailing, " I did not cancel my order. When will I receive it?" Sam responded, "We are sorry to inform you that we have cancelled your order as the item you have ordered is not available at this time." Why was I able to place the order to begin with? Apparently even Yorkshire Red Loose Leaf Tea Foil Bag is not available at this time as well!
