Easy to Dissappointing
I ordered my washer online from Electronics Express. Easy. Received an email a couple hours later that it was ready to be picked up. Easy. Go to the store to pick it up. Easy. A young lady asked if she could help me as soon as I walked in the door. My washer sitting there waiting for me. I thought this is going well. Go over to the registers and have my barcode, ID and card ready to verify my identity as the buyer. The guy says we can’t scam that barcode. Doesn’t want my ID or card. Just prints the paperwork and tells me to pull up and they will load it for me. I pulled up by the sidewalk and 2 guys bring the washer out. My disabled husband gets out of the truck so I stay inside the truck. I could tell when they put it in the bed of the truck but my husband hasn’t gotten back in yet. I get out to see why. These 2 young guys had left without securing the washer and my disabled husband was trying to get the strap around the washer. It took us a few minutes but we got it secured and left. The buying online was the best part of the experience. You really need to teach your employees about customer service and following procedures. I highly doubt I will be a repeat customer.
