Literally Unusable Account
Easy to open an account and put money into it, but heaven forbid you want to use that money for legitimate purposes. Had transactions for purchasing equipment repeatedly decline because there wasn't "sufficient purchase history" on the account and told to "buy little things like coffee or gas" to build that history (defeating the purpose of a business account). Then had my account suspended after finally being able to make a total of 5 transactions. Staff then tells me I have to "just wait" for the account to be reviewed. Absolutely asinine and unprofessional, especially as a former banker.
