Hertz sucks
Hertz sucks! Got the rental (on a Friday) less than 24 hours got in it to go somewhere Saturday and car had a horrible vibration at 45 mph and over. Called the hertz office they were closed of course. Called customer service that was a joke. Finally was told to go to pep boys (which were great) after waiting over 2 hours for approval to come thru for a new tire from hurtz and 5 or 6 phone calls to every department hurtz has we were give the ok to put a new tire on. Service person said tire had been previously plugged and was full of fix a flat which harden and that was what caused the vibration. The tire was also damaged from I can only assume a flat that had been driven on. So unsafe!! I will never use them again.
