Let's clear this up
First off this company tracks your stuff, they by no means have control of what happens to your things. That's between you and whomever you bought from. What I've come to find is they're responsive and try their best to help you track down your package. Importing has gotten tougher, thanks to all these rules and regulations, but for the tracking they do, they do it well.
