Michael took the time to help me set up my business checking account and made the entire process easy for me to navigate. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Since I’m new to online banking, I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made it easy for me. I’m very grateful for his excellent customer service and highly recommend Michael to anyone who needs help with their banking needs!
