my order was cancelled fortunately i recieved the refund

Jarah of 1Outlets gave me the assistance I needed to get my refund after an order I placed could not be fulfilled due to Covid related shipping issues.

Overall quite satisfied with the services

While I understand that under this uncertain and tough time of pandemic around the globe, and the company may be under staffed, I am hoping to see slow response on email inquiry could be improved overtime. But thanks to the staff to still make an effort to call and provide updates once a while.

I've contacted DHL as 1 outlet staff has given me the tracking no. for the shipment. Unfortunately DHL is unable to track the shipment and has requested me to contact 1outlet. According to one of your staff the shipment has be given to the shipping agent. Needed to know what is the status of delivery of my order and when can I received it. Thank you.

Order was cancelled

Order was cancelled, but refund was processed within 4 days. Item I ordered was worth $115, but the amount deducted on my bank was $123. The refund I received 4 days after was only $120. So they basically cancelled my order and took $3 for no definite reason. I am just happy they processed my refund swiftly, but I wouldn't repurchase nor recommend this site at all.

Product that I was interested in was not available for shipping to my country, however the follow up correspondence was excellent, and the refund was processed quickly.

Good & Bad

Order was cancelled due to no merchandize. Have to arrange refund. The process is very slow. But finally I have got a call from the team which is a polite update that the transaction was really being processed.
