Ordered items and they arrived but was wrong and will not refund my money. Been 3 months and now refuse to answer my emails. Stay away from this company!! Update. The goods finally arrived after numerous emails and the did phone a couple of times to check the order was correct. So a positive experience in the end!

Item received in good condition except the delivery was much longer than I had expected

The product is great but the delivery time took forever! Just the fault of the system in these exceptional circumstances so no-one’s fault. Despite this I will order from this supplier again but next time I’ll allow plenty of time.

Refund after 3 month

I made a purchase in October 30th, 2020 and they cancelled in November 2nd, 2020, until now February 3rd, 2021 I am still not receiving the refund. I emailed them twice and their answer were the same "Waiting the update", I am not sure update from who. 3 days ago I emailed them with no response at all. Update February 06th, 2021: I got the replay mail after writing this review informing me that the refund has been initiated in February 3rd, 2021 and I got the amount credited to my account in February 6th, 2021. Thanks all.

The package took a long time to arrive

The package took a long time to arrive. I was asked to contact the delivery company myself to find out my package. Then, the delivery company (DHL) told me to contact the seller only 1Outlets was more helpful. I was a bit disappointed with the initial contact.

I had placed an order for air filters

I had placed an order for air filters - the process was excellent. Payment went through and my order was to be processed. Unfortunately your company couldn't ship the product to Canada. I received an email stating such. It did take some time to receive my credit back onto my credit card which I most likely paid interest on however the service I rec'd from your customer service people was efficient and courteous.
