The product was as it said it was, however only one was sent when I ordered two, we are still sorting that issue out, it took a very long time for the product to arrive, between order and arrival it was easy 3 weeks, apart from this the email service is good they respond quickly.

Delayed refund

Things started out very well when 1outlets emailed me to warn of a potential issue with my purchase which would be shipped from the US and the voltage was not compatible with the voltage in Malaysia Full marks for identifying the problem and offering me the chance to cancel. But no marks for taking 6 months to refund my payment and that only after I threatened to involve my credit card issuer to recover the payment.

was expecting faster delivery

was expecting faster delivery, had to pay 10 dollars extra to receive from post office

No order delivered

I never got the order. I got emails about delivery problems and at last they cancelled the order totally and promise money back for latest after 30 days, but first after maybe two months and several emais I got my money back.

Your support team has been very helpful. However, it would be better if you provide your customers access to a more comprehensive tracking system. If I didn’t write to ask, I would never know that the order couldn’t be fulfilled.

some suppliers have not been reliable which made the item to be delivered almost a month instead of 2 weeks. Wished items delivered within a week.

You get the product just be patient

You get the product, the same you view on the website. Good Quality. But you have to be very patient with the long delivery process.

Late but safely delivered

Although a bit delayed and my order was not trackable the first two weeks, my queries about the status were promptly answered with reassurance given. I am satisfied with the service provided and the item was received in good condition.
