Delivery timing is pretty bad

Delivery timing is pretty bad . They did fail to deliver an item I bought in time , resulting in me cancelling two of the same items . But they manage to settle the refund and all . It took a really long time , but the manage to do it anyway . So yeah

Good price. Packaging isn't good enough.

Bought 3 packs GoToob 3fl oz. Price is good but packaging only use bubble wrap, not good enough. The bottles not clean (dusty).

Refund of Cancelled Item

I ask the refund of cancelled item in March,1, 2019. For the information, the item was cancelled by the seller. However, there was no news until I made recontact for the 3rd attempt in June, 29, 2019. This time only, they made the refund within 10 days. I received the refund in my credit card on July 12. I thanked the seller for being honest to return the money.
