After ordering a pack of specialist pens I was later informed that the original supplier was unable to fulfill the order but they had found an alternative and although the cost to them had increased they gave me the choice of a full refund or continuing the purchase at the original rate. I chose to continue but unfortunately that supplier ran into export/import restrictions and the sale had to be abandoned. I was given an IMMEDIATE and FULL refund and throughout the various communications 1outlets were prompt, courteous and obviously worked hard trying to fulfill the order.
As this was my first dealing with the company I was originally wary, but their prompt and full disclosure of the problems has reassured me so that I will have no hesitation in using them again.

I have been waiting the packages for 4 months. I don't understand why Simba post "ship worldwide". It's not. I actually don't want to cancel the order but I don't know if I change merchant, it will end up the same problem?.. really sorry...
Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Product ordered 29 Oct 2018 and no sign of it for over a month. When contacted was told item was never sent. They offered to source from another supplier so I gave them another week. Still nothing happened so I cancelled the order and requested a refund. 3 weeks later I received my refund.
To be fair they did contact me by telephone to tell me my refund was on the way.

right product send in good order, for europe when price is above 17 euro's, aramex(my shipping agent) charged 35 euro customs handling and shipment cost total for sending the parcel to my home(via dpd) though the import fee was only 5 euro, so be aware of relatively high costs

Item failed to be sent and then they identified a second source and again not delivered. Took a very long time for refund, glad it was a small amount. Company replied quickly to emails, however it didn't get result in any delivery.
This is a follow up feedback on a previous comment I wrote in October about how disappointed I was with the customer service. To be fair after that initial feedback, 1Outlets have improved on their service. There was quicker response on my queries, ie within 24 hours as compared to no response or very delayed response, ie more than a week. I have also finally received a refund to my cancelled orders, albeit a long wait.
