I ordered coffee machine they withdraw money from my bank account , but this item was out of stock. They return me money but not full amount, 30 $ less🙁. If you calling them , nobody answer, Only answering machine. If you try contact them by mail it’s also very slowly, I was waiting around 1 week. I I’m very disappointed make deal with company.☹️ After while this is their reply: 👇I sent my details as mention below, but the same story, no answer....🤷♀️. I had to cancel my order because I found a quicker way of receiving the item I wanted (since I leave in Europe) and the cancellation of the product was immidiate and the refund of the total amount too. I didn't find any trouble contacting the company and I will buy for sure in the future if I am not of course in a hurry of receiving the product I want .

I made an attempt to order some items and waited for them to arrive.After it was a few days to the ETA, I was disturbed that my tracking number was not yet sent to me.after I made enquiries, I was reliably informed that my item had not been shipped few days to the ETA and they tried all they could but it was not successfully shipped..I was given an option to cancel the order or order afresh through another merchant.i opted for a refund which I got within the time I was told.however, I wish the order sailed through without hitch.in all, I will say my experience left me with a feeling of hope for a better experience next time. I ordered some while i was in Singapore, they mentioned "Hours: Open 24 hours" in Singapore web page but they dont. i called them Friday at 8pm and machine answered they were closed for weekend. so missed delivery for weekend. and they refunded quickly after weekend.
I thought they opened 24h and as they said "1Outlets specialise in next day shipping" i will get my delivery on friday as i ordered thursday.
They should make it clear in page.

i decided to place an order on some astronaut ice cream/ dried ice cream from this website as it was stated that it would take about a week or two for the item to be delivered. after a few days, i received an email saying that my order would be refunded as the item does not ship to my place/area. they were nice when i asked more on the refund and were very patient. i am glad that they told me about it quick rather than delaying the information.

1Oultets informed me that the merchant was unable to supply the item and they offered two options: to buy an item from another merchant for a bit higher price or cancel the order and get full refund.
I have chosen to get the funds back and received full funds back in couple of days.
I was sad because I didn't receive my product but the customer service was nice and fair and refunded the complete amount.
