After got the contact and talked with them, they are providing prompt response and good update and follow up. Unfortunately my order has to be cancelled after almost 4 weeks of waiting due to unsure issue on declaration system not able to update to shipping manifest. My suggest to them to improve more actively on their email response. As I had email them 3 or 4 times but didn't getting any reply on email. Overall is not a bad online shop, just take need improvement on communication.

Bad experience with shipping. Order that is suppose to take up to 3weeks to arrive took more than 4weeks. No follow up on tracking until I wrote in at the end of week 3 to find out where my parcel is.
website a bit faulty at times but you get get what you pay for and free shipping so can't complain that much
