It’s not a scam it just need to organise stock list I ordered in April 2019 My order had to be cancelled because of availability of stock . After several emails two month later I got my refund ! You all get your refund but it takes time . Thanks

i waited for over a month for a refund on order X769 (as they said it could take 30 days). when i finally did bring it to their attention, it seemed they also didn't anticipate the cancellation that necessitated the refund in the first place. it took a couple more weeks before the refund was finalized, although the customer service team seemed to become more attentive and transparent during that period, providing me with frequent updates both through email and mobile. while the late refund was a disappointment, i appreciated the efforts extended to me eventually.
