Installation problem resolved
The agent I worked with sent specific instructions how to correct the issue. There were several issues at my end that didn’t allow the program to install correctly. After several more emails to the agent the problem was resolved.

Impressive software
I am a non-tech home user, and found SyncBack recommended when I searched online for backup software when I upgraded to Windows 11. I downloaded and installed the software with no issues, but did struggle a little when creating profiles because the software was different to that which I had previously used. However, the help provided by 2BrightSparks was exemplary and provided very quickly. There is also a lot of help on the website, and under "Help" in the program. I can now say that this program provides all the backup features that anyone might need, and probably some that they didn't even realise were available, and which make backing up more convenient.

One of my top core essential utility apps
I have been a SyncBack Pro user for longer than I can remember. I'm pretty sure it goes back to when they launched, the early 2000s. It is one of my treasured utilities, evolving through generations of Windows. And from then to now, its value and support has been top-shelf. Here's why I love this utility: - SBP's licensing terms are perfect for a hobbyist like me who runs multiple PCs. - It has evolved from "bare-bones" functionality to a feature-filled, flexible piece of software that now replaces many of the backups I used to do. With features like commands that run on outcome or before, and others that I still have not needed. - Their customer service is perfect: Prompt, professional, and has always given me a solution. It is why I am writing this review now. I had a direct-from-cloud backup query (excellent feature!), and was given a solution within a few hours. I guess you need to be total PC nerd to really understand how good this software is, but it does not require you to be one. Clear instructions, a user-interface for all levels of skill, great support. I have always thought the company name says it all: This is not a software "product" created in a boardroom or an ad agency. It feels like it was a project by two bright developers who enjoyed creating a great piece of software - and understanding the needs of the people who would use it. For me - that's perfection.
Comprehensive and Prompt Support
I received a prompt response to my question regarding transferring SyncBack to a new PC. My question was answered with full details of what to do. Having used SyncBack for a few years now I find it be an excellent way of syncing files on my PCs and backing up files.
SyncBackPro one of the best
I have been using SyncBackPro since last year. It is a very comprehensive backup software. I like the mirror function of it. It can also do ramsomware detection, SSE-C, plus many more. And the best feature, their customer support is outstanding. They are very reponsive and will work with you until the probelm is solved. They will even go the extra miles to have a beta version ready for you to test your issues.

Despite the reduced price of SyncBackPro, the support was very quick and efficient in helping me resolve my problem, which is rare enough to be noteworthy. So, thank you again to them. A1++ Support
I have used SyncBackFree for many years. It is a great program. Solid, easy to use and regularly updated. Recently, I had a "how to use query" which I sent to the Support Team. Although the Free version does not cover formal support, the Team Member was very responsive and helpful and solved my query quickly and efficiency. Thanks

The instructions of the support were very helpful and above all correct It is so easy for me to make the right settings. The tips in the program help are not very helpful and some of them are completely wrong - it just confused me. Apart from that, I think the program is really, really good. It can do a lot, but of course it also requires a lot of settings, which can lead to problems. But if the support works as well as it does with you, then 5 stars!
Product and support both highly recommended
I am a long time user of SyncBackPro & SyncBackFree, and cannot recommend these products highly enough. They have been easy to use, very fully featured, hugely reliable, and with a strong ongoing development program. I recently reported a minor issue with my understanding of SyncBackPro - I had a response within 24 hours, quickly leading to a resolution. A big thank you to Swapna Naraharisetty who was hugely knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

SyncBack/SyncBackSE: Excellent and well-supported Windows backup application
I can't praise 2BrightSparks' wonderful SyncBack backup software highly enough. First used SyncBack (although only very limitedly back then) about a decade or so ago, before migrating my digital life from Windows to MacOS. I've started using it seriously only in the last year or two after reverting my digital life back from MacOS to Windows. When I moved back from MacOS to the Windows ecosystem, I missed no longer having MacOS's Time Machine backup utility, as Windows's equivalent to that comes nowhere close to it. But then I re-discovered SyncBack, and can confidently say it meets all my backup requirements. It grants a versatility and level of granularity for backups and for their scheduling that well exceeds what even Time Machine can offer. I'm not going to kid anyone: SyncBack offers a vast range of backup functionality for Windows, so this means it's a quite complex application and therefore comes with a definite learning curve. To get the most out of it, you will need to take time to sit down and go through the highly detailed help documentation. Any effort invested in doing so however will be richly rewarded. The free version of SyncBack already offers all the backup functionality a Windows user could want, but the first paid tier (SyncBackSE) offers the home user some useful perks (like group queues & run on Windows startup) that, for me, have made it well worth the purchase and upgrade fee. The only shame as far as I'm concerned is that SyncBack doesn't feature more prominently in the online listings you'll find by searching "Top 10 backup applications for Windows". SyncBack is an all-round wonder and pleasure to use, and I recommend it unreservedly to anyone looking for a solid, competent backup solution for Windows. Very well-designed and wonderfully configurable. I had a wonderful experience with 2BrightSparks Support recently, after encountering a rogue popup window in SyncBack that I was unable to get rid of. They remedied it for me with little effort. Thank you 2BrightSparks for the great recent support experience and for your dedication to what you do.

Good program with exceptional customer support.
I have been using Syncbackpro for many years. As far as I know, it has just about any feature you could want in a backup program and yet the interface is pretty straightforward so I have been quite pleased. Recently, though, I had trouble with a backup and required some customer service. I interacted with Swapna Naraharisetty who immediately gave me succinct instructions that solved the issue. She also appears to work 24 hours a day. This experience caused me to choose this time to write a review.
One of my favorite free software
As I do not want my photo collection and private documents to be on the cloud, I need a tool to backup those files. I use SynckBackFree since many many years. It is simple to use, very safe, very fast, friendly and free
