The Tech addressed my issue very promptly. And followed through until the issue was resolved. After the first two recommendations didn't solve the problem, he stuck with it and found a third recommendation that solved the issue. Without his tenacity, I never would have solved the problem.
Asked for support for SyncBack, was told not eligible as I have the Free program, but was given a helpful suggestion which solved my issue. SynBack is a great program which I have used for more than 10 years

I have been using Syncback for several years and I just cannot believe that 2BrightSparks is offering a completely free version of this incredibly useful software with almost all of the functionality that most users would need. For the ability to perform backups or synchronize files and folders, Syncback is an invaluable program that most companies would charge an arm and a leg for. The software is so easy to use and I only recently reached out to their Tech support for the first time to inquire about a specific need. The response and quality of service I received was very professional and very helpful and to think, I am only using the free version!
2BrightSparks offers an unbelievably efficient application that does pretty much everything and on top of that the best customer service and support I have experienced in my very busy online life. I recommend this software without the slightest hesitation, for everyone who wants to be certain that one will never lose one’s files and additionally will get the support that answers fast, politely, and above all efficiently.
You have to buy this software if you're doing VFX...it won't let you down as far as backing up all your precious files easily It's very intuitive
As a user of the free version of syncbak, I was not expecting any support. I merely reported a problem to help you address potential issues with your paying customers. I got an almost immediate response with some helpful suggestions - - WAY above the call of duty. The advice worked too. I plan to upgrade to Pro in the very near future

I have been using SynchBack for many years with multiple users and recently moved office home. I had not set up SynchBack myself ever and I made some changes that caused errors. I received the support info I needed quickly and easily now back to safety.
We have been using SyncBackPro and SE for years and it has worked well. Support is very responsive which is very important, when needed.

After several months of the work with your application we have "discovered" the group option which is pretty comfortable for a partail revocering the required part of data. The backup is safe and for us as I have metnioned comfortable.
My issue was taken care of despite using the free version. I installed the paid version and upon seeing the same issue, a tech took it up and suggested a change to the options which fixed this issue. The resolution was made in a few days because of the time difference. I warmly thank 2BrightSparks
