Great product for a Mac mini. Easy to set up and can't wait for the SSDs I ordered to put them into the case. Solid build on unit and fan is very quiet. Highly recommend the product

I urge caution buying directly from them. It took 60+ days and dozens of emails to get my money back. Their delivery was WAY after the estimate. I was about to travel, but given their delivery estimate, it felt more than safe to have it come to my home than my travel address. The device was delivered 1.5 weeks after that estimate. There is never anyone on their live chat feature on their website and it took several emails to get aa reply. Once I did hear back, I asked them if they'd be willing to ship a new device to my travel address and I would return the device when I got back, was I got was an unfriendly and terse no. My only option would be return the device and the only way you can initiate a return is via email. I emailed them for a return label many times. All ignored. Finally, I CC'd everyone I could find on their website, and a return label came. When I returned to my address, I returned the item with photographic evidence. 6 weeks pass. After contacting Acasis several more times via email they finally replied that the device was received but I would get a refund only once my Trust Pilot review was removed or updated. This felt like extortion. At that point, I had neither a device nor my money. Again, I CC'd every email address I could find on their website, and finally got my refund. I am a very loyal customer when treated correctly. From the get go the customer service at Acasis was unduly aggressive and snide. All they had to do was offer to send me another device at my address and give me a 30-45 day window to return the device that was sent nearly 1.5 weeks after their delivery estimate to my previous address. I don't know how how well their products function, but my suggestion in never to buy directly from them. Use a third party vendor with enforced return policies or another company entirely. This transaction was a total nightmare.
excellent rapid troubleshooting response
Amazing! I followed your Acasis advice. After powering off my Mac Studio and disconnecting my TB501Pro for one minute. I held down the power button of the Mac Studio for 15 seconds, entered my password and WD4T icon (WD850X) appeared 1st time in a week!!!! I am now using the Apple TB5 expensive cable to get the best transfer speed and I also removed my OWC external backup disk (several years old ) to simplify troubleshooting. Thanks. I expect TB501Pro failure to be on Disk utility list no longer appears. Black Magic 5691.2write\5907.4read.
Helpful customer service
Initially my product got stuck with in delivery , buh after few emails acasis solved the issue and switched the delivery agent. after Switching to UPS global the product was delivered within 4 days, Speaking about the product , I bought the 80 gbps ssd enclosure Tb 501 pro , which when paired with a WD_SN850x m.2 nvme gives great read and write speeds of 6000mbps thank you Acasis for helping me out with the delivery and getting the product in time. Hope to purchase more items in the future.
Helpful problem solving team
Bought the product to be able to leverage 3 screens with my MacM2, which is usually set to only accommodate 2 screens. I reached out to DisplayLink initially, but had a lot of back and forth. Thank goodness the customer service team on Acasis which was very knowledgeable and was able to instruct me on how to set up the screens. 2 cables need to be directly connected from screen to Mac. HDMI to USBC and Hdmi to hdmi with the 3rd screen being on the DisplayLink 6 in 1 dock

Their support doesn't respond to e-mails. I've purchased an "ACASIS 10Gbps Magnetic Docking Station & SSD Enclosure for iPhone 16 Series × 1" also called EC-1401. It's an external SSD enclosure for iPhones. The problem is that the magnet on the enclosure is so weak it cannot hold the enclosure on the phone. I tried to return it and get a refund but they don't respond to e-mails and also I tried to write to their Facebook Group but there was neither response. I've also bought the TB501 Pro which is working but the fans are randomly turning on and off after a short time (1-3 seconds). I assume something wrong with the design of these devices (both the TB501 Pro and definitely with EC-1401). Unfortunately there are a lot of Youtube videos where they recommend Acasis products and Acasis have their own Youtube channel where they promote their products. It seems that nobody talks about the problems with Acasis products and how they handling these problems. So as far as my experience all the Acasis products that I tried has faulty design and no customer support. They should be reported to the authorities because of this fraudulent activity.

Do you have too much money? Want to get rid of them for no use? Buy from ACASIS! I bought an item directly from their website. Guess what? Package arrives and though the box is the correct one, the content is wrong and something else. No probelm, they will “send the right one.” Except THEY NEVER DID!! No reply. Shitty customer service. Acasis TBU405Plus fan & cs failure
The fan on my Acasis TBU405Plus quit working after seven months. Three emails to them, the last on Oct 15th. Sent videis of squeaking & intermittent operating fan per request. Zero response. This product and another of theirs seems to work as designed, but this one failed early.
Non existent customer service or warranty return policy
I have a faulty product that I have been trying to return for 5 months. They asked for detailed descriptions and videos of the product not working. I provided this and more. They say they will email me the address but never do. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs

Very unreliable, very low quality product Ordered 16 port usb hubs; none of them worked when they were delivered. DO NOT ORDER on their website; they will not refund you. Try to avoid at all cost.
Avoid this "company"
I bought the Acasis 6-in-1 40Gbps M.2 NVMe Thunderbolt 3/4 USB 4 SSD Case & Dock and this device just doesn't work. It always disconnects the disc and I can't do write/read operations with the disc. I tried with all available computers and the same results. I contacted the support, they asked to provide the video of issue. I made it and sent them. After a week I asked if any progress is there. They replied our technical specialist will check and we inform you about the results. I was waiting 2 weeks and no one contacted me, so I sent them the reminder but honestly I do not expect the reply from them. The mistake what I did in this case is to buy the devices directly by their website. In case aliexpress or ebay I'm still protected by system, here no one can help you anymore. ADVICE: do not buy their products directly from their website and better to find the analogues which available on the market.
Poorest customer service
I purchased a 1Gb/s fan-equipped enclosure (order ACSP13733) from Acasis website in June 2024 and the unit showed i/o problems. Backups failed 3 times out of 4. I moved my new SSD to another, more reliable, enclosure. Acasis is denying me the return warranty (despite I am within the 30-days). They refuse to have me ship back the product to have it analyzed in their lab. Do not pick this brand or buy on amazon or other reliable vendor who will not question you or deny you service. Shame on you, Acacis!
Terrible customer service and lots of false advertising.
This company ignored my emails initially, some 5 or 6 attempts to contact them. I had already purchased 5 of their products by this stage. When they did reply they wanted me to pay for the return of the item despite it being advertised/purchased with free returns. They then proceeded to ignore me for a further 4 to 5 times until they then decided they were not going to interact any longer. The matter is now being adjudicated by the payment provider. In addition to the terrible customer service this company consistently rely on false advertising to market their products… Their Thunderbolt 4 enclosures are actually just compatible with Thunderbolt 4 and only due to Thunderbolt 4 being backward compatible with Thunderbolt 3. The chipsets used are actually Thunderbolt 3 chipsets and as such your device will only ever perform to Thunderbolt 3 capabilities and will only ever negotiate with the host as a Thunderbolt 3 product. The marketing is very misleading as it implies you are getting a Thunderbolt 4 device. It is a shame they do not upgrade to the Thunderbolt 4 chipset and that they offer such poor customer service as the product really is very good and on par or even better than some of the more mainstream and well known/more established competitors’ products.
