Wish I read the reviews first before ordering, my parcel hasn’t even turned up and it’s been 2 and a half weeks since I ordered them, should not be allowed advertisement with reviews this bad

Following the tenor of previous reviews, it's utter scam and complete garbage. I've ended up arguing with the support team to return my items and they firstly insists on making you pay for the parcel to be returned to China and I agreed by which point they just stopped responding and I never received an address or any type of compensation. Be wise and don't engage.

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering. Sweater total polyester material and size absolutely not true at all. I’m requesting my money returned but I’m not holding my breath. I doubt I’ll get it. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Really hate when you spend your hard earned money and it turns out to be a scam. I wouldn’t even give them a star but you have to pick something to leave a review. Please I hope you read these reviews before spending your money.

Paid $38.00 for a sweater top with a golden doodle on it. The material is not sweater it's more like the cheapest sweatshirt you can buy that will shrink to nothing once laundered. The dog shows to be furry material & it's not...it's a screen copy pressed onto the shirt. They're a cheap Chinese company & will not accept a return for a refund. They're saying it costs too much to ship back to China so I would have to pay that. RIPOFF!

Ordered dress from this company, stated it was linen and lace. Picture looked beautiful! What I got was nothing at all like the picture. Very cheap polyester. Emailed to complain and requested refund and return address. I was then offered various discounts on next order - certainly wouldn't order from them again. When I eventually said if I didn't get total refund, I would contact my bank to attempt to get money back. Within 24 hours, they responded and sent me return address. Posted today, cost nearly as much as dress did to send back ! But if it stops anyone ordering from them , well with it. Absolute disgrace

The item I got looks nothing like the picture advertised. It took forever to get here and when it dud, I literally laughed out loud. Total piece of garbage. Don't buy from this place. Save your money.

Wish I had look at reviews before buying from them. Inferior product, they say embroidered or lace and it is just a cheap print on the material, horrible construction, looks nothing like what is posted, and fits like a sack. Steer clear.

Not at all what was advertised. It’s a bait and switch operation. I would guess they cost less than $5 to make with the cheap material and screen print. I plan to return if possible or get my credit card company involved for fraud.

Scam Company - I brought x2 tops with what I thought were 3D prints but was sent cheap fabric tops with transfers on them, they were supposed to be knitted tops - so gutted as with the currency conversion came to $200 - Rip off and I WISH I ahd read the reviews :0(

Do not buy! Product photos are not what you will receive. Totally terrible and there is not a return option. You would need to send item back to China, about $30 to send. Total SCRAM and I have photos to prove!!!!!!!!

I am still battling with them over a large Christmas gift order 2023 ....all sizes were extremely smaller than ordered e.g. a large would only fit small ...medium was a child size. X large would fit small...obviously reducing the amount of fabric material reduced their costs to manufacture....They have offered me 30% off my next order as way of compensation not indicating how I would access this credit ????
