It's a scam. They send stuff, but it is trash. They refused to refund.

Don't bother

I had never bought from these people before, but I think they must have traded under another name. I filled in the form with my name and address for delivery, Nothing arrived and when I checked, they had delivered it to my OLD address, where I had not lived for nearly a year. I can only assume that their system defaulted to my old address. I didn't know this, and all they did was tell me to check the Post Office, when it was Evri who delivered and nothing to do with the post. I asked for a refund, they don't even answer now. I have reported to Facebook and will make sure my friends know too. EDIT the day after - I looked at the next plurality who are giving 5 stars and most of them are from people who have not yet received orders.

The item I ordered was really low quality. I asked for a refund and they made me post it to China and I'm still waiting for a refund, months later. Total scam and customer service was poor.

Crooks

Ordered a knitted cardigan. What arrived was not even wool. Asked for a refund and was told I would have to pay the postage to return it. This is now going to trading standards If you look at the positive reviews, they are from people who have not received their orders yet. Why would they do a review before they received the goods. SUSPICIOUS ??????

ordered 3 items back in Feburary and…

ordered 3 items back in Feburary and got 2 yesterday 3rd April from the pictures on the website they look good quality and knitted but when received they were made from the cheapest of material that I would never buy if I had see them in a shop also the colours are noting like on the website they are faded and badly printed surely this is false advertising, I will never buy from this site again nor would I recommend it to anyone. please read the reviews before buying and this was definitely my mistake

I ordered $87.97 worth of stuff on Feb 27, 2024 I still have not received my items or heard anything from them about shipment!

Please do not buy from them!! It’s a Scam company!

This company is a complete scam! Next time I’ll be sensible and look at reviews first. The jumper I ordered took 2 months to arrive after many complaints. They were terrible quality and not a bit like the pictures. Part of this order I bought a jumpsuit that didn’t arrive at all. They responded to my complaint saying it would be too expensive to send back?? They wouldn’t acknowledge my question as to where the jumpsuit was. Now they have stopped returning my emails. Basically the company took my money for goods and haven’t delivered. Robbery! My next step is to go to the CAB to get my money from them. Please don’t bother with this company! Lesson learned for me 🤦🏻‍♀️🫶🏻

I honestly think that this site is a scam

I ordered a black knitted reinstone cardigan.and what came was awful,I will never wear it,it was cheep sweatshirt fabric with the reinstones photo shop on it,there was no wool involved at all,very disappointing as I was looking for a nice cosy knitted cardigan ☹️

SCAM!!

They are a complete scam. Put in an order of 4 items 3 months ago now, received 2 which are absolutely horrendous quality! I have emailed multiple times to ask where the rest is and no response. As soon as I put in a complaint through Klarna they responded but keep telling me the items are out of stock and can I pick another. I have told them multiple times I want a full refund and now their account is apparently frozen so a refund will take a long time!! More complaints will be coming their way!

This is a scam!

This is a scam. I had to dispute this with my credit card company after Artssus refused to cancel my order. They told me that only a manager could complete a cancellation and they had no idea when that would be.

This was my first order

This was my first order, but it won't be my last. I love the creative designs and the wonderful styles. I only had one problem as checkout, my confirmation only had one item, so I had to go back in and make a second order. I found this confusing and unnecessary.
