Jumpers say chunky knitted ... its printed chunky knitted so its a picture of print knitted jumper and the material feels horrible. Wasted £200 which was all for Christmas. This costume looked adorable online, 3-D flowers, cute details, great quality, but what I got is a cheap, flat print on flimsy fabric. It looks nothing like the pictures. I didn’t get a confirmation or tracking number until I emailed to ask, and it arrived after Halloween so I couldn’t even wear it. I’ve now emailed twice asking for a return address and haven’t heard a single word back. Awful quality, terrible communication, and zero customer service. Don’t waste your money!
I deeply regret not checking reviews before making a purchase from this company. I fell for an enticing Halloween dress advertisement on Instagram, only to be sorely disappointed. Despite being promised delivery a week before Halloween, the package arrived late, rendering the outfit useless for the occasion. The quality of the dress was shockingly poor - thin, see-through, and cheaply made with subpar stitching. To make matters worse, the design was merely screen-printed on and bore no resemblance to the advertised product, which featured beautiful roses and a full, luxurious look. I am appalled by this experience and sincerely hope that this company faces consequences for their deceptive practices. It is clear to me now that this was nothing short of a scam.

Scam. I received my item being completely wrong comparing to what they advertised. PayPal contacted for refund and stop them from collecting any further payments. Pictures were also available from what they advertise on FB etc and what the actual product looks like

Absolutely dreadful. The item was meant to be an ornate design jumper with embellishments. I received a terrible quality top with the design printed on. Took weeks to arrive from China. I got a refund through PayPal as this is a fake/counterfeit product. Reported to UKICC.
