This company is a complete SCAM! What I ordered did not look anything like what was presented on their website. And, they will not let you return the item for a refund. I asked repeatedly for a return address, only to just get the runaround, with no information from them to allow me to return it.
BEGGING you!! Stop and find a paper shredder to put your cash through, it will be more productive than wasting time here. Nothing you see will be what you get, I spent hours dealing with 2 orders and walked away MUCH wiser. ALWAYS always read reviews. You have to SUCK Bad for 1.8 Stars overall on any review platform.

Wish I would have read the reviews here before ordering. This company shows beautiful AI generated clothing and then tries to imitate the pictures by sending you a cheap printing on crappy polyester.
Absolutely awful. Product received was nothing like what I ordered at all !! Cheap quality flimsy and huge. I’ve been trying to get a refund for seven months. They asked me to return it but they will not refund the £16 postage !!! DO NOT BUY FROM ARTSWARDROBE

They are scamming you. Items on their webshop is noting like the item you recieve. And they will not refund you.
This company is a total SCAM. Receives Halloween dress and was NOT like pictured on their website. Requested to return. No response. No customer service number. Sent email after email requesting return and refund only to finally be told 1.5 months later that they are in China and too expensive to return so keep and give to family or friend and get 20% off on something else. Are they kidding me. Yes I got SCAMMED !!!! DONY order from this company!!!!
Very poor quality dress was posted to me almost 1 month after ordering (and after I had requested to cancel the order due to the time taken for the shipping of order). 2 months later and weeks after complaining about said poor quality dress, the whole order still hasn't been received and I keep getting replies prolonging the refund due to various reasons such as "needing to talk to the supervisor". Awful company all round.

Wish I saw these reviews before purchase. Items look nothing like advertised. They’ll insist you ship them back on your dime, then offer you a 20% refund. Some people really need $40 I guess.
Lots of fun stuff to look at. Some of their dresses would be so beautiful as wedding dresses and a lot cheaper! Update: So, in my first review I said some of their dresses are so beautiful well, after ordering some stuff from them I can honestly say the pictures might be beautiful but what you will get isn't! Please stay away from this store. It is based in China and they are just scamming people.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering. The items I received from ArtsWardrobe looked nothing like the photos on their website. The listings show detailed, knitted, 3-D garments… but what arrived were cheap, flat, printed sweatshirts made from flimsy fabric. They’re basically screen-printed Halloween costumes pretending to be handcrafted designs. Customer service was just as bad. They stalled for days, offered me 10% and 20% discount coupons instead of a refund, and insisted I pay expensive international shipping back to China even though the products were clearly misrepresented. After that, they stopped responding entirely. Thankfully, PayPal reviewed the evidence and issued me a full refund immediately, which tells me PayPal is familiar with this seller’s behavior. Save yourself the frustration. This company is absolutely not selling what they advertise.
