“Hulk” jogging suit anything but…
I ordered a “Hulk” jogging suit from Arts Wardrobe for my son’s birthday, and what an absolute joke. The product I received looked nothing like what was advertised — cheap, poorly made, and completely different from the photos. The return process was an even bigger disaster. When I requested a return, I was offered 10% off my next purchase and told to keep the item. I made it clear I didn’t want the product because it wasn’t what I ordered. Then came a 20% offer… then 30%… all while avoiding my repeated requests for a return address. I finally quoted the address shown on the package, they confirmed it, and I shipped the items back. When I followed up for my refund, I was told I “should not have” shipped the products there and that they won’t take responsibility now that the items are missing. Save yourself the frustration and your money. Do not buy from ArtsWardrobe.

The item you sent is nothing like the item in the photo. This is not a knitted sweater jacket. This is a basic hoodie. The advertisement shows a mid length knitted coat. This is a very cheap hoodie that I can not even give as a gift. Terrible. DONT BUY THIS CRAP.

Can’t give a 0 or I would, looks nothing like the picture, says woven, it is a thin hoodie with a knitted pattern, I’m fuming. Purchased this to keep my father warm as he has terminal cancer.
BUYERS BEWARE - Absolute sham of a company!
Absolute sham of a company. Complete false advertisement and then months to 'review' your issue - started in October 2025 and still awaiting a 'resolution'. What I received are not even romotely what was advertised by this deceitful company. And the response to your emails requesting where your refund request is at - 'refunds need to be reviewed by many relevant departments in our company, which makes refunds a long process and you may wait for a long time'. 11 weeks and counting so far - if they think I'll get tired and go away they are sadly mistaken! They don't even deserve 1 star!

Why are the reviews on here which are above 1 star, being the absolute minimum we can give, from people who haven't even received their order yet? Oh ordering was easy, 5 stars! What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. All of the 1 star reviews are 100% correct. Cheap rubbish prints, no refunds, expensive way to learn a lesson to believe these reviews.
