I would not even give Arts wardrobe 1 star in rating. They are the worst place I have ever delt with. I ordered the Halloween sweater. A beautiful hand woven sweater and I received a polyester sweatshirt with a print on it that looked nothing like what they FALSELY ADVERTIZED. I tried to get a refund and took photos of the problem as requested and got completly ignored. It has been months ive been dealing with this problem. Ive sent endless emails and no response. How can they get away with ripping people off? I want my money back and I'm not going to stop until I do. The people who gave more than 1 star in reviewing this con of a company are from the same people who is ripping us off! Believe it. They pay people to write good reviews and give stars just to stay in business of continuing conning people out of their money while they sit back and laugh at us
Worst experience on a shopping online. First no way to get service after paying. Scam totally unacceptable, the price you think you will receive what’s on the picture. No its worst. And knitting seems a different meaning to them, no knit clothes at all. A cricut do s better job. Worst they should be accountable. And they steal your information and you never get to return and be refunded. The offers a store credit ( a store of nightmares) or 15% of what you paid. Lame lame. Shame on me for getting scam by them.

Would like to see the Back & front of my purchases. Still don't know if jacket is button up or zip does the pattern continue whole way round the garments?
If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a total scam and has stolen my money despite my sending photos of the garbage they shipped, despite my frequent requests to follow their own return policy, despite all the hoops I’ve jumped through I’m still waiting! Do not spend your money on this scam.
The poorest, worst thing I’ve ever thrown my money at. NOTHING like the pictures! Super bad polyester quality with a super bad pixilated print on. Should have been a thick, knitted sweater with embroidered pearls on.
Burning my money would’ve been better. At least that could’ve kept me warm for a little while.

Don’t buy anything, everything is nylon and it’s a Celtic print on a cheap material whether it’s top or bottom clothing. I’ve spent £150 and received worst then SHEIN /Temu material clothing ! They shouldn’t be allowed to con people like this . I reported them to Trading standards .
I would give -1000 stars if I could. Firstly, it took over a month to get my order. 2nd the stuff is garbage. They said a sweatshirt with lights on it lights up, it doesn't! The colors are all faded on all the items(3) and the fabric is so thin it will probably rip in the first wash. I was told I was getting 2 free gifts, I got one. stay away from this company I beg of you!! They have beautiful looking stuff but I guarantee what you get will look nothing like the beautiful pictures!
All pictures were close ups making it hard to see how some items fit on a person. When my first purchase was completed I was prompted to buy other items. I did buy one more not knowing this would cont as a separate order that would cost me 10$ in shipping
Worst product ever. Super cheap, nothing like the photo. Contact information gives you no response to email. There is no way to return your items and they were expensive for what you got. BUYER BEWARE !!!!
Great and unique products to choose from. One suggestion I have is after checkout, when you offer an after purchase discount on one more item, don’t add shipping fee of $9.99. It defeats the purpose of giving a discount. I would have bought another.
If I could give a negative review, I would. I ordered a dress on 10/10 for Halloween. I attempted to cancel the order prior to it being shipped as it wouldn’t arrive on time and they sent it out anyways. Once it arrived, the quality was a joke. It looked nothing like the photo and I immediately initiated a return. After 16 messages to customer service, they offered me a 10% off coupon for my next purchase and refused to provide any return information.
It was amazing so amazing I forgot what it was but with the holidays here and ordering so much I forget. But I had not received anything as of yet that has not met my expectations
It was easy to view the product. The size chart was helpful. The discount was great. The picture looked amazing. I hope when it comes it will look as good as the pictures.
Do not buy from this company, a complete scam, ordered a Santa Clause sweater. Was suppose to be 3d. But instead I got a poor quality, poorly printed piece of crap
