Had an issue with my product so I contacted the support team for a warranty claim. They replied very soon and arranged a replacement for me. It did take a couple of weeks to arrive but that’s expected given where it was shipping from. Good customer service and products for low price.

They do giveaways on social media weekly. Won a keyboard from one of them. They messaged me quickly to setup the shipping. I asked if I could have another product, similar priced (R82 HE). They approved it without an issue and shipped the keyboard, providing tracking number. Less than a week later I received it already! Nice packaging and functions perfectly fine. Sounds and feels pretty good for the price point (Even though I won it from a giveaway). Happy with it and might consider other attack shark gear in the future!

Love the mouse i got as it is very light and quite great in terms of performance. just one thing that i kinda feel weird about is the build quality. it is great for gaming but i feel like the mouse is cheap. But non the less i love it. great product. just one more problem is the shipping. the first time it shipped, i got sent the wrong package and had to wait for a second time but it IS worth it. love the service though and product.

I would urge anyone looking for gaming gear on a budget to PAY NO ATTENTION to the Haters. My experience with Attack Shark has been stellar ever since i held the Attack Shark V8 mouse in my hands. Its the perfect shape for me, has a sensor and battery life that rivals and even outshines some of the peripherals charging $100 more, and you cant tell the difference at all. these folks clearly care about the products they are making, and it shows. I would recommend these keyboards and mice to anyone.

Ordered 2 X820ULTRA Shark Switch keyboard but 1 came with Gift Switch instead. However, after contacting ATTACK SHARK, they've quickly resolved my issue by providing me with plenty of Shark Switches. The keyboards feel great to use and shipments only took roughly a week to arrive.

I bought the r11-ultra off there website after seeing great reviews on it. It came in 2 days.( uk). Since then no problem apart from the terribly designed charging cable. It does feel cheap compared to other mice at the same price point of £100. And the 8 polling is slightly laggier than previous mice. Even with 9800x3d. For the price point. It is a solid mouse. Not had anything go wrong with it in 6 months. Although I do fear lasting quality will not be the best. If you’re looking for a budget mouse with higher specs it’s definitely a good shout to see these guys. The bad reviews on here seem to clash directly with video reviews and website reviews. If you don’t have the money to fork out for the next big brands mice with same specs then it’s definitely a safe option.

Just bought Attack Shark X6 mouse from Amazon with grip tape. It feels really good and lightweight. Was a better upgrade than my K-Mart mouse. Very Customizable from the driver software and changing the little light on the mouse next to the DPI buttons. Overall, this is a good budget mouse option. Recommend to buy from Amazon or the Official Website, or any other sites that they sell on (Not the sketchy ones).

Bought an AttackShark M86 keyboard. The keyboard has a serious design flaw called key rollover limitations. It occurs only when certain combinations of keys are pressed together (W + D, W + 3) and possibly other key combinations as well. Individual keys work fine by themselves. On doing some research online it appears many users have experienced this same issue with AttackShark Keyboards. Why this happens: Most keyboards use a grid style wiring system called a key matrix. When certain keys share the same electrical lines, pressing them together confuses the controller. The keyboard then either ignores one key or registers the wrong combination. AttackShark themselves when contacted refused to support the keyboard as it was not bought directly off their website, it was bought through a 3rd party authorized reseller, so I find this disappointing and absurd as this goes against social responsibility and market expansion. With that said AttackShark is selling their products at mid-tier price points when infact their products seem to be inferior to budget brands such as Red Dragon which infact perform and work better than AttackShark. I would caution anyone in buying AttackShark products purely because customer support is non existent and dismissive, also based on other online reviews on support and lastly because their products are cheaply manufactured compared to other brands which offer better features for half the price.

I really don't understand the general hate. I'm from Italy, and I got my mouse from the AliExpress shop and the keyboard from their official store. In both cases, the shipment was fast, and both products are top quality for what they cost. I'm looking forward to getting the headset!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!! Complete scammers! brought a mouse from their ebay shop which went wrong within the year. Emails sent back and forth trying things they advised which didn't work, when it finally came to sending out a new mouse the emails stopped and no further contact was possible. I bought this keyboard because it’s advertised with an 8 kHz polling rate, but actual performance is far from the claim. Practical tests show occasional peaks around 500 Hz, while the average polling rate is roughly 50 Hz — completely inadequate if you need responsiveness. The software doesn’t allow changing the polling rate, and I contacted customer support over six times in a year with no response. Misleading marketing and terrible after-sales service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is not a Uk based company. Items come from China. Do not be fooled by 2-3 day delivery time. My keyboard is still sitting in China despite order being made 9 days ago. No reply to emails from customer service either. Disgusting.

False advertising! I want to sue this company for false advertising! Buyers be aware! I ordered a keyboard and mouse on November 28, 2025 (Black Friday) to Hawaii with express delivery (1-2 days). After 6 days of silence, I got worried and emailed the ATTACK SHARK company. They replied one day later, just to inform me that my order was canceled because I have a “remote” address in Hawaii. I live on Oahu! On their website, they express delivery to Hawaii. They didn't offer me if I have any alternative address, or any other solutions. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers. I will proceed with legal actions.

I have ordered a keyboard and mouse set and it said it would take 3-5 days. When i looked at the shop app it said it would take 3 days so after 3 days the package didnt arrive so i looked again and it hadnt moved location but i had recieved an email for tracking so i looked at it and it said it had been handed to the airport so 2 days ago i looked again but the shop tracker still hadnt moved ant the email tracker wasnt working. After this i emaild customer support about it but it has now been another 2 days and i have no parcel no tracking update and no reply. As of know i advise not to order from attack shark as the delivery, tracking and customer support is awful.
