We ordered the Attack Shark R3 mouse. We were more than satisfied. After a two-week wait, the delivery driver delivered the wrong package. Attack Shark's service is beyond satisfactory! Very professional, very friendly, they handled the problem incredibly quickly and with unprecedented speed. After three days, and despite the holidays, we received our delivery in Germany. If it were up to me, everyone would buy from them… Thanks again to the entire team and management.

I love the mouse but there was a problem with the back side mouse button I got in contact to the support team and they sent out a replacement within 2 days and I received it less than a week after so glad to use this mouse again giving the shape

I had a problem with a broken keycap from my Attack Shark keyboard, and their customer service was perfect. They understood the issue right away without making things complicated. Baffled by some of the bad reviews here, my experience with them was smooth as can be! Got a pair of headphones that showed up quick, box was a bit dinged up but otherwise everything was perfect and who really cares about a tiny bit of box damage? Headphones were great right out of the box, I got the L30Pro and it sounds excellent. I'm by no means an audiophile but they sound amazing to me, charge lasts a long while too. Couldn't be happier!

I had a problem with a mouse bought from them, I applied for a warranty claim and they sent me a replacement for completely free! The costumer service has been absolutely amazing and very helpful. It took approximately a week for the replacement to arrive, but since it comes from China, it's understandable. Will buy again from them.
