Far too often
Far too often, the color I want is temporarily out of stock. And if I wait for that color to come back in, something else ends up being out of stock instead. So, I would like to be able to place an order for the colors I want, with you shipping them once all the colors are back in stock—unless, of course, you plan to increase production so that all colors are always available.

It's just a very convenient product and you can be a total dunce like me and still get great results. One star down because pricey as many printed projects need you to buy more parts from them. (Often pushed/promoted by the app)

Prices could be better.
I have 2 x Bambu printers and lots of spares and some filaments. I feel they could do better on pricing. Especially for filament, most of my filaments (100+ spools) are Sunlu. You are missing a lot of business Bambu, drop those prices!

My first ever 3d printer, the impression
The way it was packaged,the multitude of videos on you guys made was admirable and even if I don't have the money to get the filament this year, I really enjoyed my first ever 3D printer (I smilled like a dumbass for an hour looking at it/while setting it up :D) and I already think it was a good idea to purchase it from you guys tho I didn't give 5 stars for 3 reasons: 1)You need to work on better idle states 2) you should make the fans easier to change with pc ones as they offer way better performance and it's not that hard to make the design acomodate for this giving the users the choice to change them is something that would surely boost sales a little 3)the filament should be a bit cheaper I don't mean much just a little to bridge the gap between yours and other oem's filaments

Good product, great choice of colors and materials, big comunity, fast deliveries. I have an A1 and an X2D and I'm ver happy with both of them
General review of experience so far with suggestions.
For the delivery, I was notified a bit late but thankfully I saw it made it back fast and everything was ok. The printer is an incredible tool and the noise cancelation is a plus+ I was just thinking 🤔 in the Bambu app when regulating the settings maybe in future if a visual representation wool be helpful (example when selecting layer height a 2d or 3d representation of a printer nozzle showing what it means seeing the layers how far apart or how close they are or overlap) same for all the settings visual representation not only text data Also a warning ⚠️ if the model is expected to have a seam on the side for smother prints Thanks for a great tool so far.

Products are great - top of the pile but Online support chat is very painful and you have to repeat the problem over and over before AI finally understands Far better if there was a human you could actually talk to

Printing interrupted due to problems…
Printing interrupted due to problems with the extruder, with the hot end and with the AMS after only 20 hours of usage! I am really thinking about giving it back because I expected a much more stable and better performance!

Great Printer
My first 3D printer did not fail to impress me. Bought a X2D, was delivered in great time, setup was easy following guides. Now 400hrs in and run absolutely perfect.
Manufacturing defect handled flawlessly
The ordering and delivering process was flawless, and the product was high quality. Sadly there was a manufacturing defect, which meant the device was unusable. Luckily I was able to request a replacement and the support team was very helpful in this process. Manufacturing defects can happen to any product and the company handled it very well, therefore the 5 stars
X2D creates a great quality
X2D creates a great quality. The Interface is very intuitive. PLA could have more colors. Certain colors are very long out of stock. So far I am very happy with the Printer.
Awesome printer
Entered the site, clicked what i wanted, paid and just waited. Bambu provided necessary information every step of the way, including tracking numbers. Printer itself is a bloody starship compared to my previous printer. Does almost everything by itself. I just had to unpack it, removing protection material. Whole calibration and connection process is a breeze. Will definitely come back for more.
