Great products. poor packaging
The products are fine but the packaging poor. The carton box was way to big and rolls of filament we tossing around. The box was also severely damaged.

So far everything fine and time between order placement and announcing shipment details where on Amazon level. Thursday to Saturday for a heavy packet is great! Only personally a bit disappointed or better unlucky was to ship the new printer with DHL and filament with Dpd. Printer arrived Saturday morning….dpd Monday afternoon - it was felt loong weekend looking at a nice printer 😁

Two Suggestions for Shipping and Order Flexibility
There are mainly two things I'd like to suggest based on my experience: 1. Package weight and delivery May I suggest taking a look at labor regulations regarding the maximum weight a single person should be expected to lift or carry? The delivery driver was NOT happy about having to carry my almost 40 kg package of filament up to the first floor! ;) Perhaps splitting larger orders into smaller, more manageable packages would make life a little easier for delivery drivers. 2. Adding forgotten items to an existing order It would be great if you could make it easier to add forgotten items to an order that hasn't shipped yet. Maybe you could even keep the original bulk discount tier active for 24 hours after placing an order. For example, let's say I order 15 rolls of filament and receive a 40% discount. Nine hours later, I realize I forgot to add three different rolls. It would be nice if I could add those rolls to my existing order, or place a separate order within that 24-hour window, while still receiving the same 40% discount. I think this would be a great customer-friendly feature, especially for people who regularly place larger filament orders. Other than these two suggestions, I've been very happy with my experience with Bambu Lab so far!

It is great experience and very good Printer and very easy guides. But some Feature are missing which are very important for example there is no shut down button u have to pull the cable to turn it off. Also there is no function to close the lamp inside the X2D which is annoying a bit, when is still on over night, if I forgot it.

they sent me the wrong filament but they change me in one week without complaining. the printer is very usefull and strong

The delivery company was awful! Says that they vill delivered one day. ... they never came. . 4 days later i goes and pick up tha package by my self becuse they didnt delivered it.

Website is almost perfect. I remove one star due to frequent stock shortages of certain filaments.
Everything went as expected
Everything went as expected, shipment arrived in the specified date range, without any issues, the installation was easy to follow with the step by step guide provided inside and no additional tools were needed. It also came with a bit of pla to test, altho some of the built-in testing prints required more than provided. On that same note, i ordered some PLA spools specting them to came along the printer, but arrived a couple days later than it, which botered me a bit, but at least now i know.
Great Company
Great Company Easy interface to order printer and filament. Came as 2 x individual packages within timeframe indicated at time of order. Very easy to setup with outstanding guidance resources available. An absolute novice to 3d printing was up and producing first 3D print within an hour of setup... still get giddy at how easy this is... looking to explore more... Highly recommended to all who may be intereste in embarking on building some 3D creations.

The answers to my questions were not answered adequately and since I was unable to repair it I returned it. I liked the H2S allot, right up until I kept getting extruder overload messages, so I was hesitant to take another in exchange, but I did, and it has work great so far - over 50 hours.

Promised me a replacement, I denied because nothing was delivered so I'm scared of happening again. Asked for a refund, now they ignore. :)

Bought both printer and ams seperatlty…
Bought both printer and ams seperatlty but aperantly its a car with no wheels, when you but both you end up with a incomplete setup because vitale parts are sold seperatly, i dont mind paying more for the ams when the item is included but paying for shipping after spending nearly 1000€ is just criminal, the other brands we reviewed are better when it comes to service and aftersales support, the Chinese way of service Doesnt work in europe, shake on you and be better
