Im changing my phone every two years, and one of my biggest problem before is finding the right phone cases that will last. While browsing my IG just found this brand of the phone cases that looks promising. I bought and that is the last time that i purchase a phone case for that phone. It has very high quality, it worth every penny. Now, whenever I buy a new phone, thats the only time that I will buy the new case and Bare Cases is the best choice for it. Aside from a wonderful product, their customer service is excellent. They listen and understand your concern.

I really love my new case it’s exactly what I was hoping for when I ordered it. What impresses me the most though is the companies customer service. I had made a mistake with my order and they very kindly and quickly helped me fix the matter. It was an exceptionally fantastic experience and I would definitely buy again in the future!

Love the Bare Naked case I got for my iPhone. Really minimalist and clean design. If you're into that, you'll love this. Like most things in life, it is of course, not indestructible so do expect to collect visible scratches on the case as you use it which I think is perfectly normal. Havent yet dropped the phone to know how much protection it offers but given how thin it is, I wouldnt expect it to be ultra durable. If you want heavy duty, you need to buy one of those thicker cases the size of a brick.
I also bought the (slightly pricey) Bare Pane too but havent yet used it to give an honest review.
Customer service was great in hindsight. I read a few negative reviews on TP after placing my order and panicked that I may have been scammed so I wrote an overly aggressive email to them demanding an update on my order. They actually got back to me within a day or two of writing them and were super polite and put my concerns at ease. (Sorry again Bare support team!).
Overall, would recommend and would rebuy from them.

This review is not about the case, though the company clearly spends more on packaging, marketing, and fake reviews than they do on building a solid product. This review is about their service. I just had to initiate a charge back with my bank because they kept the case I returned for 12 days without providing a refund - and stopped replying to my emails asking what was going on after I was made to prove it was delivered (so glad I got tracking). Magically after the charge back request they gave me a refund. There are plenty of other reviews stating the same difficulties. I highly suggest not buying their products unless you are absolutely sure you will keep them. If you try to return, get ready to be scammed - and definitely buy tracking for your return or I guarantee they will attempt to say they never received it. There are plenty of other case making companies out there who make good products and who won't scam you.
The case is a lovely colour and so slim, and the customer service was amazing!

This company is the absolute best. First of all their quality of product is thin yet protective, I love the fact that it feels light. In fact it seems as if I don’t Have a cover/case on my phone. Without a doubt I’ll be ordering more colors.

This is the 3rd time I'm purchasing this case. It's very aesthetic pleasing and I love it.
The case do protect your phone, but only ONE drop. Every time I drop it, the whole case crack. So...

Case and Screen Protector good. Camera cover broke fast.
I really like the case and the screen protector a lot. I have an iPhone 12 pro and got the black and clear bare armour case in the value pack. I have had it for about 3.5 weeks and have had no issues with them. However, the camera lens protector broke really quickly, so do not recommend buying that. I was a bit sad because I was excited to receive all 3 items and hoped the set would last longer.

A good effort but ultimately going in the spares drawer
I grew up in Singapore so I thought I'd support a local company. Have to say I'm disappointed. I now live in the UK and the shipping took forever. Tracking wasn't helpful as the package seemed to sit in places for ages. It sat with Bare for a week before Skynet picked it up and their UK partner was terrible. Three delivery days I stayed home only to be lied to on two of them that the driver hadn't been able to gain access!
OK - so when the Bare Naked case and Pane arrived I was pleased with the packaging and approach. Very minimalistic, very subtle and suave. The case itself is great, it fits very well and provides a level of grip to a totally naked iPhone that is reassuring. So far so good. Then I tried to attach my mag-safe wallet. Despite being millimetres thin the case interferes with the magnetic field just enough to make attaching a wallet feel risky and unsafe. OK I thought I'll just have to be aware that it's not a lock tight connection anymore. Or chose to ditch the wallet... um no. Even though the combo case and screen protector cost three times as much as the wallet... OK let's try Pane, the screen protector... nice that there are two.... 20 mins later both are in the bin as they both, in the seconds between taking off the protective film and being placed on the iPhone, attracted ONE speck of dust that created a halo that would not shift. Attempting to remove that one speck of dust just caused a whole load more to drift on to the pane - static electricity and the bare branded 'microfibre' cloth that shed threads and dust as soon as it was taken out of the box. So, PANE was a PAIN and both ended up being a waste of money.
So three stars mostly for design and a decent enough case... but without a secure MagSafe connection it's not worth my risk. I'm keeping the case as a spare in case but that's a relegation for something I thought was going to be my ride or die.
Just placed an order for an Apple case and ESR screen protectors and still came in cheaper than my Bare purchases.
Firstly, shipping took way longer than promised. Secondly, while the case looks and feels nice, upon one drop (and not even from a high place), there’s now a chip in my cover. So much for spending $40 for a cheap piece of plastic. Better off buying the same thing from Shoppee for just $3. I will never ever buy their cases again.
I bought the Bare case for my Google Pixel 6 Pro.
Buying and delivery experience was good, i did contact customer service as i thought the product was taking a while to turn up however it turned out to already be in my postbox and customer service were very quick to reply when i did contact them.
I am giving a 3 start rating due to the product. Whilst it is thin and does feel great to begin with, the case itself easily scratches and any has broken in 2 places when the phone has dropped from a meter in height (pocket to floor). In all fairness they do not state that the product is durable or shock absorbant in the product info, but given i now need a new phone case after 7 weeks i couldn't rate it higher than 3.

Buyer beware. When spending premium money, I expect a premium product. This iPhone case is a cheap, extruded or 3D printed piece of plastic. There is no drop protection, no shock technology whatsoever. This company is bordering on a scam. While they do outline how thin their product is, they are aware of how cheap it is as they outline in their return policy “if your complaint is it’s too thin, you shouldn’t buy the product.” Do not buy their phone cases.
I have tried all the different brands that make .35mm ultra-thin cases, which are always my favorite. All of them are decent, but this one is clearly the best. The fit and finish is perfect, it feels nearly as thin in the hand as going case-less, and looks great on my iPhone 13. Didn't expect there to be a brand making these styles of cases that would clearly better than the rest, but this is the one. If you want a truly minimal case, get this one!

The case itself feels great and looks exactly as described. That's fantastic! However, I really wish that they added buttons to side of the case even as an option thing. I would've paid extra for it. Pushing the volume rocker or power button is kind of annoying. I'll be using my old case from a 3rd party company instead. They do offer the button on the drop resistant model and there is a mold for it on the ex model. Why not just bring either of those over? I won't be ordering this model again in the future. Maybe I'll stick to the drop resistant one or the ex when the new iphone comes out
After searching and ordering seveal cases, I finally found the perfect fit and function. These cases are awsome! They offer good protection but are very thin and allow me to fit them inot my vehicle charge slot for charging and navigation. They are perfect and available in different colors. Thanks BARE!

Got the Naked case for my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and absolutely love the design, how it feels in hand, and how it looks so minimalist. Fits great in my pocket even with the larger phone model.
I didn't read the fine print, however, that clarified the minimalist nature of the case doesn't leave much in the way of fall protection. Barely a month in I knocked my phone off the table and the corner of the case cracked off. That said, the Bare representative I emailed with was prompt and courteous. Though they pointed out my misplaced expectations, they were still able to replace the case despite my poor reading skills. I'd rather be more careful than go back to a giant case.

Overpriced average quality. Dropped my phone maybe 3 times and it is breaking all over. Gets discolored and doesn’t protect the screen. Overall a mid case. Could get a better one for 10 dollars.
