I highly recommend Bare cases! I accidentally ordered the wrong case and within days they sent me the new correct case. There customer service was truly amazing! The case quality is also amazing and I will be using them for the rest of my life for phone cases.

EDIT: the way they keep replying and being abusive shows why you should avoid these clowns. i'm just going to cut my losses here. don't order from them. get the same case on wish for $2. they are abusive. I ordered the Bare Armour Case for iPhone 12 Pro Max. I ordered the bundle with the camera protector and screen protector. At first I liked the case - it was thin but seemed to protect my phone. The screen protector arrived defective as it had gunk on the sticky side and had a crack. The camera protector wasn't very sticky and doesn't even seem to be made of tempered glass - just a big chunk of plastic. I reached out to them and they accused me of making it up. They said they sent a replacement screen protector and camera protector even though I don't want that because the items are not quality. A few days later I got my apple mag safe charger and it does NOT work with the case. The case is also peeling at the edges (after two weeks) and has cracks and scratches. They said I can pay for shipping to return the item for store credit but ONLY if I have original packaging. I do not want store credit. For $65 I really want a good case. Not a cheap piece of plastic that breaks instantly. I also expect better customer service at this price point. HORRIBLE! I shipped the item back to them and provided tracking. I still never got a refund. I went to my bank to dispute this and lost the dispute. Also they say they are US based but I got a $2 international service transaction. Customer Service Sucks. Products Suck. AVOID!!! Order Number: 91359BARE Update: still refusing to refund me months after my defective items were returned to their warehouse! To their response: Your products are trash. I mailed them back to you. You need to refund me. I returned the defective merchandise back to your warehouse. It was delivered. You need to refund me. You have not been extremely kind to me. You have stolen $70 from me and are gaslighting me into believing I am in the wrong. My bank sided with you in the dispute because you were able to "show them that the items were not damaged when they were sent out". A $60 phone case should NOT crack and peel within a week. $30 screen and camera bumps should NOT break upon application! You need to also treat your customers better. From the beginning you have been unreachable and accusing me of lying. Your warehouse where I shipped the items back to you is in Portland, OR. That is in the US. You should be more transparent when your customers are going to receive an international service charge. You don't care about your customers. You promised a refund if I returned the items. I returned ALL items and paid $8.50 for postage. That brings us to $70 that you owe me. Furthermore, you indicated that your "finance team" would get back to me and refund me after they confirmed I lost the bank dispute. You just acknowledged that I lost the dispute and was charged in full. So where is my refund? If I could report you to the BBB I would, but you're operating out of Singapore and have some very sketchy business practices INCLUDING RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF BY SELLING THEM DEFECTIVE, LOW QUALITY MERCHANDISE AND REFUSING TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. Your company is full of bullies and thieves! UPDATE: As of October 25th, 2021 (THREE MONTHS AFTER MY PURCHASE AND RETURN) the company has issued me a partial refund of $37.90. My original purchase was $69.90. They say that part of my order was deemed under "user damage". No, they were defective. I'm happy to at least get a partial refund. Update from USPS: The "Portland warehouse" they had me send my cases back to is a FAKE ADDRESS. Please, save yourself a headache and just get these cases off of wish for like $2.

It would be bizarre to receive a cracked and "gunk" filled Pane yet still go ahead to install it on your device. The dust seen on your Pane is from your installation, and in turn caused the air pockets to occur. You’ve made multiple false claims that we'd like to address. Our bumps are not made of plastic. They’re made of the same ion-strengthened high-quality glass as our Bare Pane screen protectors. You can go ahead to try and shatter them. They will crack, very much like glass will and NOT plastic. We’ve also never claimed that we are based in the US and in fact have our company’s address in the footer of every page. Where did you see that we are based in the US from? Lastly, like you mentioned, your bank decided in our favour regarding this dispute, which does say a lot in our opinion. Throughout this entire episode, our team has been extremely kind to address and help you with this. Update: Cate, you returned your CASE only to the provided US returns address. It was received, and you were refunded for a USED case. Which part of this looks like a fake address to you? We’d like to hear from USPS regarding this, especially since we’ve constantly been receiving return parcels from our US customers via this address. For the last time - you’ve cracked BOTH glass Panes and claimed that they were sent defective. You also claimed that it was made of plastic, which is the craziest thing we’ve heard so far. If only we could post photos of your destroyed items here. We do hope you’ll be in luck searching for a glass screen protector that never cracks. For us to issue a refund for your heavily destroyed case is well, in our opinion a good benchmark of the customer service we offer :) Enjoy your new cases, we sincerely hope you’ll like them more.
Last July 2021, I bought Bare Naked EX case and Bare Armour Case. And After 3 months of use, i can definitely say that it really exceeds my expectations about the case. And About the Bare Naked EX that they claim to not become yellow overtime, it was really true. Though after 3 months of use, maybe because of the usage and temperature exposure of the case, my case warped slightly so i emailed them to ask about my case and showed them what happened . And in less than a day, they already responded and they will send me a new case (without a cost) as my case is still under warranty. And the Bare armour case was also elegant looking and sure it will protect my phone from falling due to strong body of the case and the transparent back of the case shows off my graphite iphone 12 pro max nicely. This is the best case for your Iphone 12 Pro max or any iphone if you are looking for a case that feels not wearing a case at all! Will definitely buy again if I ever upgrade or change my phone.

I have been looking for a nice thin case for my phone while protecting it at the same time and bare cases provided the best phone case for me. They also provided a nice color fit to my phone. Decided to try their Bare Pane as well and it is clearer and better than other screen protector bought in mobile shops. Definitely worth the money!

I’m really stratified with both the bare case and the protector. Bought it a couple of months ago and rely enjoy it! Of course it get some cratches cause of use, but that’s fine! The protector get for some reason a crack. After contacting the very helpful helpdesk I got a free replacement! Great servers! Great product! Thanks

My case started falling apart within the first week with standard wear and tear. Customer service claimed it looked like it “May” have suffered considerable force based on a photograph. They refused my refund request but offered to send a reaplacement case if I paid the shipping. Because I had no faith in the structural integrity of the design I didn’t think it was worth throwing more money at this product. Very disappointed,
I put the case on today and it completely deteriorated after one single sanitising with spray. I use this sanitizer all the time on the original Apple case and nothing happened to it. Bare Magsafe case is useless during a pandemic! The support replied that alcohol cannot be used to clean the case and offered a discount. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the case and the support!

While we understand the need to sanitise your personal devices during this Covid-19 pandemic, we kindly request that customers do not use alcohol based products on their case. Alcohol can very quickly and suddenly dry the coating, causing it to crack and peel. Even Apple themselves recommend against using alcohol from their devices as it can very quickly strip any coating off the device. You can consider alcohol free hand sanitisers or UVC sterilisers to sanitise your device. We have kindly offered you a replacement case at no additional cost with a small shipping and handling fee of 10USD. However, you did not accept this. We would still like to resolve this for you - please feel free to reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help in any way we can.

I am writing regarding my recent order of "The Bare Case - for iPhone 12 Pro Max Pacific Blue / Case Only”. I received the case today through DHL but to my disappointment, it came in damaged. The outside packaging was ok but the case box inside was torn and the case inside is warped and bent. This is my first order with your company and clearly not the best impression. The case did not meet my expectation in quality either...I sent photos to the customer service asking for a refund or replacement. Update: 9/18: After my email and post, I did receive an email back from customer support and a new one was sent to me. This time came in good condition. Appreciate the quick response from the customer support and sending a replacement, so updating my rating to 4 stars.

Writing this review to thank John, Jesse and the team at BARE cases for their wonderful customer support. First of all, the product is fantastic and of high quality. The case is thin, minimal and definitely clear which was up to my expectations! When I first received the product I thought there was a defect on the product because there were air bubbles in the case and I reached out to their customer support team. John handled my inquiry and politely informed me that there was actually a protective film on the case which I didn't notice. It was the film that had the air bubbles and not the phone case. Thank you to John for that! A few weeks later, I accidentally dropped my phone at the bus stop, resulting in large dent on the edge of the cover (the bus stop floor was tiled with jagged pebbles). I was extremely sad as I was about to leave the country 2 days later and wanted a replacement for my beautiful case. That is when I reached out to their support team to request for an expedited order of the product because a normal delivery will not be able to deliver in time. The request was handled by Jesse. I was prepared to pay for the new product since I genuinely enjoyed the case and the cause of the dent was my own doing - to my surprise - Jesse offered a free replacement of my product which made me so touched. I paid for the alternative grabexpress delivery which I was totally fine with that since it was my fault in the first place, and now the new replacement cover has been safely delivered to me! Jesse, thank you so much for going out of your way to provide an alternative solution to my special request and getting it delivered before my flight. Really super appreciative of your amazing customer service and you've just made me a loyal customer who would recommend this product to friends and family! My initial shipment got lost in the process and the team pro-actively reached out and informed me that they would send another case by FedEx. It arrived 3 days later from SG to NL. Great customer service! The product looks great and fits precisely on my iPhone 12 Pro. Had to get used to the different feel compared to the original silicon case, but after a couple of days I can conclude I am very happy with it.

This is all about branding. The website looks legit. The case comes packaged in a nice box. All seems ok, at first. Nothing special really, it's a super thin case, which is what I wanted. Cut to a few months later and the case is so stretched out it literally won't stay on the phone. Garbage really. You'll have better luck with something a fraction of the cost from Amazon or Tjmaxx or something.
