Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently complained about poor product quality, noting that the cases quickly deformed, scratched easily, and failed to adequately protect devices. Many buyers also experienced significant delivery delays and found customer support extremely unhelpful when attempting to resolve ongoing issues or secure refunds. Some reviewers were happy with the initial sleek design and thin feel of the phone cases. People also mentioned that the covers felt lightweight and comfortable in the hand when first unpacked. However, these initial positive impressions quickly faded as severe durability and quality issues emerged over time.
本段由 AI 基于该企业的全部评价自动归纳，仅供参考，不代表平台立场。I bought a case from them which was actually really nice but too slippery. They refused to provide a refund because the claimed I had used the case based on a smudge mark from a photo I sent. Of course I have to touch the case to try it on my phone before I can make a decision to keep it. These guys genuinely don’t care about the customer being happy and only want to make a quick buck.
The BARE Amour for the iPhone 13 Pro Max, is a good "looking" case. But what are good looks if there is ALWAYS a chance of your expensive device hitting the concrete......HARD, even if it is protected.....over and over again 1/7/22 What kind of answer is that? I would’ve been quiet had you all been genuine as opposed to diplomatic.
Hey Arturo, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed shopping at Bare and we hope to see you again soon! Cheers!
I used to be a loyal apple leather case fan until i tried the naked ex. Absolutely fell in love with how thin the case is and how it felt. Even though i had a mild hiccup with my order, the customer service rectified the issue very quickly. It will defiantly be my new go to brand for case!

So for anyone that’s looking for a really slim case that offers protection and has magsafe… well .. Welcome to Bare Case… the Bare case for iPhone 12 Pro Max took a fall from my brother’s Semi Truck onto some steel beams that were on the ground… I thought that would be the end of my phone !!! to my amazement… there was only a dig to the case… not a dent .. a dig and no scratches on the case from the fall .. WaW !!.. …Had to take the time out to do this review… its worth every dime ! Excellent product Bare Case !!!!… slim … sophisticated and well protected case for your iPhone… I’ll be needing to upgrade to a 13 Pro Max case..thanks Bare Case for an excellent durable product that protects your investments.

This experience with Bare Cases happened only 1 week ago. The Bare cases are great and I can’t fault their products or customer service. I have just got done dealing with John one of the many helpful people on the customer service team. John helped me fix my mistake I made when ordering a case from this wonderful company, this transaction occurred with the second case I had ordered. The case I initially wrongly ordered was the bare naked case when I was trying to buy the bare case for a iPhone 12 Pro Max. I emailed the support team and was quickly emailed back, John switched the case on order from the bare naked case to the bare case and all I had to do was pay the difference in price. He even made sure when making the switch to double check the colours and the product. With this transaction done I can happily say that this has been one of the easiest and fastest changes that I’ve made with any company. Over all the customer service was a 10/10 and cases they offer are some of the best on the market for the price they sell them at.
Hey Ben, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed shopping at Bare and we hope to see you again soon! Cheers!
I have ordered many slim cases and none of them are as good as Bare. Either they don’t fit good or they’re too weak or made out of cheap quality plastic. None of these are the case with Bare. It fits perfectly, looks and feels great and it protected my phone well in a few drops I had so far. Definitely gonna order more and try their other models. If you’re looking around to find a good case give Bare a try.You won’t be disappointed

I love this company, their products and their customer service. They provide quick support, excellent interaction and high-quality product. I am impressed. I had accidentally dropped my phone and the case broke. They understand my situation and stated that it does not protect against drop, however still provided me with a replacement with just paying the shipping fee as goodwill. I also bought the bare armour case for better protection against my carelessness. Thank you so much.

I purchased the Bare Armour for iPhone 12 Pro after seeing it advertised as working with the MagSafe charging. The case itself feels sturdy, but the back is too thick to form a strong magnetic seal. Because of this the puck slips off with the slightest movement, and I can never be sure my phone is charging when using the case. If you’re looking for the strong seal like those on the apple cases, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
Hey Brad, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - We apologize if you feel that our Bare Armour Case has let you down. Upon checking our emails and social media platforms, we weren't able to find any new inquiry from you or the email address that you have provided along with your order. It would be great if you could send us an email at [email protected] along with the video of your case showing weakness magnetic attachment to your accessory and we'll be happy to assist you with your concerns. Looking forward to assisting you with this. Cheers.
This was my second case with Bare. I was so impressed with the first case I ordered for my iPhone 12 Pro Max that I had to have another one after standard wear and tear. The cases are slim, well built, and powerful for their size. They are also very stylish and have a great design to them. I accidentally ordered a case for the iPhone 12 instead of the iPhone 12 Pro Max, and Bare was SO easy to work with in getting my case returned and swapped out for the right case! This IS the case you're looking for. Trust me!

I’ve had two of these cases for my 12 Mini and both broke within of months. It’s the thin piece right above the charging port. It cracks and inevitably gets bent creating a sharp edge and making it uncomfortable and unusable. The first time it happened, I wrote Bare and sent photos of the issue. They responded in the middle of the night saying it was my negligence despite never having dropped it. Still they would send me a new one if I paid the shipping. So I paid another $10 and got a second case. Two months later, the same exact part is cracked. I didn’t use cases on iPhones for years. This was the first one that felt like it wouldn’t be too bulky and I was on a waitlist for the case for three months before finally getting it. It just feels like such a disappointment. I appreciate the thinness and the feel of the case. I love that it works with MagSafe. But I can’t in good conscience recommend the case if it’s going to break every time. It’s a major design flaw which means these cases are disposable. Good thing they’re compostable.
