I had not received my order so I contacted customer service. Winter replied back to me really fast and said she was sorry and that it could be replaced at no charge if I wanted. One of the two bangles I ordered had damaged enamel. When I contacted the company, they asked a few questions about the damage, and then offered to replace the item at no additional cost.
