Absolute cheap nasty products . Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. bought my daughter a bracelet but upon arrival the clasp was faulty. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement which was also faulty. They then offered me 30% refund or yet another cheap nasty replacement. I declined and said I wanted 100% refund . Heard nothing from them. Buyer beware !! CHEAP AND NASTY

The quality of the rings i purchased were excellent. One of the rings with different coloured stones to what i expected, but I still kept it as it was a gorgeous ring. Communication with Blossom the seller was excellent, quick response to all of my questions and I was offered a 10% refund due to the stone colour. I would highly recommend..when ordering expect delivery within about 4 weeks

Ive gave them a 1 would give zero if could. I would never buy from them again the first bracelet broke after a day they were only willing to give me 10% of the cost back and told me I should be able to mend it myself I refused there offer and stupidly I agreed to have another one made which has come and its not even very well made the stone that should be either side of the 2 hearts are not both facing the same way.

My main issues are with delivery and communication. I ordered a bracelet for a birthday present. I allowed sufficient time for it to arrive, but it was late. I was told by email that it was a ‘bespoke’ item - it was not. Generic mass produced. When it arrived it was OK. I didn’t think it was worth the money. I ordered a bracelet (a day or two after the first order) for myself. I’m wishing I hadn’t. It’s been sitting somewhere for three weeks! Evri is still waiting for it. I won’t be ordering again, and I wouldn’t recommend this company. Their stuff is available online with the likes of Temu.
