Hi Daniel, Thank you for the feedback. Our High Gloss and Super Matte styles are made to order and unfortunately have a production time of 12-15 business days. We sincerely apologize about the issues experienced during pickup. If requested, we can wrap the items onto a pallet and load the pallets into your truck. Otherwise this is not done by default as not everyone has space for the pallets in which case our warehouse will assist in loading each box individually into your vehicle. Furthermore, for the damages, replacements are also made to order in these styles and have the same lead time, which we understand has significantly stretched the timeline of your project. Your pickup appointment was scheduled for 4:30 which is our last appointment, and we appreciate the constant communication and updates. Our warehouse and office closes at 5:00 and we had warehouse staff on standby until 5:30 to try to accommodate you being stuck in traffic. Unfortunately, after waiting an hour past the scheduled appointment, they left. We reached out to you this morning about shipping the order to you. If there is anything else we can assist with, please let us know and we will be happy to help.

Hi Cecilia, Thank you for the feedback and we sincerely apologize that your order could not be fulfilled due to inventory. The specific cabinet style ordered was low inventory in August and since then, our containers have arrived and many items are back in stock.

Hi Theresa, Thank you for the feedback. The shipment was never sent to Canada. There is a city in California called Ontario where the shipping company's terminal is located and from there, the shipment was sent to Las Vegas, NV. Apologies about the condition that the pallet arrived in. For any damages or issues, we have a detailed damage and replacement policy and all shipping damages are covered. Our last email correspondence was that you would be opening the rest of the boxes to let us know which parts are damaged and from what cabinet size. Once the information has been received, we can process the replacements needed and have it shipped to you asap.

It was unfortunate that your second shipment was misdirected which was difficult to resolve quickly as we need to wait on the freight company. We were in constant communication with them daily to have the delivery made asap. Apologies our communication did not meet your expectation; we provided updates as soon as we received them from our shipping broker. For any damages or issues, we have detailed damage and replacement policy. It is not required or necessary to send the pieces back and replacements generally ship via UPS Ground and will be delivered much sooner compared to freight shipments.
