All our freight shipments include a lift gate delivery service which means the freight company is supposed to come with a truck with a lift gate to unload the pallet off their truck. We are aware of the situation with the driver in this incident and how unprofessional and ridiculous her demands to ask you to pay her to help unload the items or to let you onto her truck to unload the items were. That is 100% unacceptable and not how the delivery of shipments goes. Our shipping broker has identified the driver and she has been reported. We contract out our freight shipment to third-party freight carriers and apologize on behalf of how they treated you and in no way reflects how our team treats our clients. It was an uncommon instance and we'll do better in the future. Please feel free to reach out to us with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share. Hi Catherine, Thank you for the feedback and we sincerely apologize regarding the lead time of the cabinets. Ready to assemble orders generally take 5-7 business days to process and prepare and pre-assembled orders take 7-10 business days. Once shipped, the estimated shipping time to Idaho is 2-4 business days. If there are any items out of stock, we will notify our clients immediately with an ETA on when they are expected to be back in stock or with alternative solutions. The toekick panel was unfortunately out of stock and several months out, however it was advised that it would be okay to ship it separately once it becomes available. Our warehouse packages the orders as best as they can to prevent shipping damages and every shipment is inspected prior to shipping out. Unfortunately the shipments go through a lot of movement, are loaded and unloaded into multiple terminals and trucks, and shipping damages can occur. In the event of damages, it is covered under our replacement policy. We truly care about every customer no matter how big or small the order.
