Hi Prz, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay and understand your concerns regarding safety, cleanliness, and pest activity. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We did work with you to move your reservation to another cabin upon your request in an effort to help resolve the situation and make your stay more comfortable. We have also documented your feedback regarding the stairs, pest concerns, shower, and maintenance items and will be reviewing these with the appropriate teams. While mountain properties can occasionally experience insects due to their natural surroundings, we agree that interior pest concerns should be addressed promptly and will continue working with our vendors and housekeeping teams to improve preventative measures. We apologize that your experience did not meet expectations and appreciate you taking the time to provide detailed feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
