Big Bear Cool Cabins

Hi, Thank you for your kind review! We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful cabin, the area, and our customer service. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the key ring and will review this with our team. For lost keys, we unfortunately need to have the entire home rekeyed for security purposes, which is why a replacement fee applies. We hope to host you again soon!

Hello, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. The sliding door handle, heater noise, and hot water concerns are not the experience we aim to provide, and we will be addressing these items with our maintenance team. We also sincerely apologize regarding the mouse trap placement—this is certainly not appropriate, and we will be reviewing this with our team to ensure it is handled properly moving forward. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us improve. We’re sorry these issues impacted your annual trip and hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide a much better stay in the future.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness of the home, the well-stocked amenities, and that your family had fun with the board games. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and thank you again for staying with us.
