We understand your disappointment regarding the yard and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will be notifying the homeowner about the landscaping concerns, as we agree the outdoor space should better reflect the experience shown in the listing. Regarding the location, we do list the Village as being within walking distance for guests who don’t mind approximately a 15-minute walk, though we understand walking times and terrain can feel very different depending on personal preference and route. We also want to clarify that property addresses are provided 3 days prior to arrival for advance bookings, while reservations made within that timeframe receive the address the same day of booking. We’re sorry to hear the beds were not comfortable for your preference, as mattress comfort can vary from guest to guest. We truly appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving the guest experience.
