Dear Christopher, We're very sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand how frustrating it must have been. After reviewing the issue, we found that the pre-drilled holes for the armrests were covered by the dust cover fabric—an uncommon manufacturing oversight by Buzz Mfg. Our service team immediately reported it to the manufacturer to help prevent it from happening again. We’ve already sent a return label along with a link to schedule a FedEx pickup at your convenience. If preferred, we’re happy to schedule the pickup for you. A full refund will be processed once the item is returned. UPDATE June 17, 2025 The chair was returned, and a full refund was issued We’re also glad we were able to respond within the next business day.
