Based on the claim review, the requested repair included corrosion-related damage, which is listed as an exclusion under the terms of your contract. We do see that authorization was provided for the covered portion of the repair, while the corrosion-related portion was not eligible for coverage. The administrator responsible for handling claims is identified in your contract.
