DISHONEST...AGAIN!!!
What will it take for them to honor the contract?
It's been nearly six weeks and I've driven more than 1000 miles, yet they claim I've driven less than 500 miles so they denied my claim! There's no way that I've driven less than 500 miles in six weeks. I've filled my tank 2-3 times since 6/26 and I get about 450 miles per tankful.
I was supposed to receive a phone call at 0800 this morning after they listened to my incoming membership call to verify the mileage, but no one ever called.
I love the online access. it gives me all the information I need to take care of my car.

Canceled Policy
We have been with CarShield for 2 years
Never used their service
But the problem ,I have ,I cancelled my policy before never using them ,they took money out my account every month,never been late ,but when I cancelled my policy,they didn’t give us one penny back ,so what happened to all the money we was paying car shield ,Where is the money? Crooks don’t waste your time or money ,save it on your own for your repair you will come out cheaper
I had a simple question regarding coverage and received satisfactory response.

I was instructed to go to "Midas" in…
I was instructed to go to "Midas" in San Antonio to have my 2017 Nissan "Pathfinder" repaired. I was confident that my vehicle would receive the service repair needed. The repair was rendered, but to my surprise my repairs exceeded the $ 250.00 deductible. I had to pay an extra $ 375.00 out of my own pockett. I consider that false advertisement. It's not my fault that Car Shield representative sent me to Midas to get a repairs made. NOT GOOD.

Good customer service
Well, everybody from car shield has been great. So far they've called, they'd let me know when things are gonna happen. The only disappointment so far has been. They were supposed to be an inspection yesterday on the 3rd from Inspector and I don't think anybody showed yesterday, or today i've been renting a car on my own since this happened

5 stars on the call for payment call. Pleasant and didn't sound like from a third world country. 5 stars for the Roadside Service and the tow truck to a repair facility. The jury is still out on what's happening at the repair facility! I'm halfway thru second week with no transportation. I'm retired on a fixed income. We'll see...
